Commercial Plumbing Project Coordinator

Will be coordinating with the commercial plumbing project manager in Job starts including contracts to Procore and Jonas, sending out pre-liens for suppliers and contractors, change orders, inventory transfers, open and closed job reports, coordinating all purchase order data, maintaining insurance certifications, job invoicing, and weekly safety sheets. Keeping Procore updated with current drawings, O&M manuals, labor hour estimates and submittals.

MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF Pro.

Able to work efficiently under pressure.

Good Communication skills.

Able to multi-task.

Must be a self motivator
