Family owned and operated, Boulder based property management office, is needing an office professional/assistant to assist with many office and field related tasks.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls and emails to help with maintenance issues in rentals
Direct calls to appropriate persons and /or take reliable messages
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Help staff with many tasks, willing to learn new and diversified skills
Willing to help with property inspections, meeting with other providers, placing signs, posting notices etc
Willing to help show apartments and houses to potential renters in Boulder/Denver area
Requirements:
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in all aspects
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Reliable vehicle
Some Saturdays will be required; mostly in July and August
Full time position Monday-Friday, some Saturdays will be required, some benefits, salaried position.
