job summary:Client is searching for a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to join their Technical Services team. This team is seeking highly motivated individuals who are skilled and passionate in providing ongoing support and service to our growing list of clients. In this role, you work directly with clients to architect, deploy, upgrade, migrate and support production workloads to Azure cloud and hybrid models. You will be involved in developing and expanding on our service delivery standards and best practices. You will work with other members of our engineering, sales, and project management teams to ensure ongoing success of Infrastructure and Security service delivery goals and objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Architect, deploy, upgrade, migrate and support production workloads from on-premises to Azure cloud and hybrid models, including Azure SQL.
  • Knowledge of DNS, load balancers and network components to ensure fault tolerance of deployments.
  • Architect, deploy, upgrade and support Azure workloads with Azure Resource Manage, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Automation, Monitoring and Alerting, Firewalls and NSG.
  • Architect, deploy, upgrade and support Site-to-Site connectivity between Azure and on-premises environments via SDWAN, ExpressRoute and Fortinet VPN.
  • Utilize Azure services and objects to manage and optimize workloads, including cost reduction.
  • Secure Azure workloads with Azure Security Center, CMEK and Key Vault Management.
  • Provide IT support?and implementation services?to multiple clients of Conversant Group.?
  • Consulting, implementation, and support of Microsoft?cloud?applications, including?O365/M365,?Exchange Online,?Azure AD,?and Teams.?
  • Consulting, implementation, and support of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and Azure. ?
  • Consulting, implementation, and support of Microsoft on-premises applications, including Windows Server, Exchange Server,?IIS, ADFS,?and SQL Server.?
  • Discovery, design, and delivery of?software?migrations?involving Microsoft on-premises and cloud applications and infrastructure.?
  • Serve as an escalation for other engineers?related to Microsoft products.?
  • Serve in presales discussions and design sessions.?
  • Create and maintain documentation of client environments.?
  • Other duties?as?required.
Requirements:
  • Six years' experience?in systems integration and/or consulting?with core Microsoft on-premises and cloud technologies.?
  • Sound knowledge of Azure VNets and integrating azure products into them
  • Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD process using Azure DevOps
  • Must have in-depth knowledge on Azure architecture
  • Must have experience in Azure Resource Manager (ARM)
  • Experience with Automated Build Testing, Azure Storage Manager (Blob) and Powershell
  • Microsoft Azure Certifications preferred
  • Unshakeable troubleshooting skills: you can fix anything and thrive when problem solving
  • Prior experience working remotely is highly desired
  • strong organizational and project management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree?in relevant field required.?
  • Client-facing consulting experience of at least?two?years.?
  • Previous?MSP experience?a plus.?
  • Certifications -?MCSE, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect (preferred), M365?Certified (preferred).?
