Selected students will participate in a meaningful and challenging 10-week summer internship that will allow each intern to have exposure to different facets of the business and receive critical business skills and career and personal development training.Interns will work on a wide variety of tasks and projects within a cross functional team of professionals and get exposure to leaders within the business.In these challenging rolesIn these various positions you will have exposure to several areas of Technology at Stanley Black & Decker and will work on a wide variety of tasks and projects with a cross functional team of professionals.With great rewardsThis position will provide you with:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most suitable technical, application or configuration solutions.
  • Solicit, develop, document and manage requirements and provide design and business rules to support the requirements throughout the project life cycle up to and through change control.
  • Upgrade and monitor production performance enhancements and system integrity with end users and develop detailed implementation and upgrade project plans in conjunction with other account team associates.
Our Requirements:
  • Working towards a bachelor's degree in these related areas of study:
    • Information Technology
    • Computer Science
    • Information Systems
    • Business Related Field
  • Strong academic standing, GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Proven leadership and active participant in collaborative environments with strong project management and organizational skills.
Location of internship may vary based on the location of the team, due to COVID-19 we are currently operating in a variety of virtual, hybrid and onsite capacities. Technology Internships will be virtual. Leadership Qualities:
