Job requirements and responsibilities are, ENGLISH AND SPANISH ARE A MUST working weekends, opening and closing the office on time each day, answering phones, showing storage rooms to new tenants, collecting rent, checking customers in and out. When not doing general office duties you must be able to walk the property everyday , some maintenance, repairs are involve, also maintaining the facilities cleanliness, checking locks, etc. You must do this without constant supervision. Good communication skills, both on the phone and in person, also basic computer skills. If you know how to type, it sure is a plus

Valid driver's license and Social Security Card are needed. Background check and drug screening are mandatory.
