Butcher - Husk Nashville

Husk Nashville is in search of a Butcher to join our Award-Winning Culinary Team!

We are looking for those eager to expand their culinary knowledge and work directly with the Chef team to practice animal butchery, charcuterie, fermentations, pickling and smoking meat. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, reliable and excited to work with locally sourced ingredients to create an unforgettable experience for our Guests.

Applicants should have at least 1+ years’ of butcher/cooking experience in an upscale, high-volume, fast paced restaurant. Experience with quality and production control as well as the storage of meat and fish is desirable.

Dinner only Monday-Friday

Brunch + Dinner Saturday and Sunday

Compensation: $15-$21/hr (BOE)
