This role plays a fundamental part in ensuring business growth alignment between the customer and inside sales staff and outside sales teams. The main responsibility of the Inside Sale Admin is to be the liaison between our end users, channel partners and inside and outside sales teams while building relationships and collaborating with distribution at the purchasing level through email, phone communication and quoting to receive perfect purchase orders.

What you will do:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails and contact through the internet with new and existing customer base.

  • Support the sales and operation managers; including corporate office and 6 field locations

  • Support the Field Service Representatives with Field-Fx software; setting up tablets and assisting with technical issues

  • Enter tickets into Salesforce / Field-Fx database.

  • Maintain and update Salesforce database.

  • Process purchase order and update inventory in Oracle.

  • Complete the quotation process, including receiving requests, processing the quotation, and following up with the customer to obtain feedback.

  • Act as a liaison with all departments to achieve office management objectives

  • Create business correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations.

  • Support the management team with expense management through Concur system

  • Develop analytical reports that support data driven decisions/strategies

Minimum Experience Required:

  • 5 years proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or another relevant role.

  • 2+ years’ experience in CRM software, Oracle and Microsoft Office (MS Excel, particularly).

  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs.

    Strong database management experience

  • Technical mindset, ability to support and understand basic technical issues

  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Team-player mindset with high level of dedication to raising the bar for the whole team.

  • Ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.

  • Enjoys working with other sales team members

  • Experience using CRM system, Salesforce preferred

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Proficient with using Zoom, Skype and Teams for videos conferencing, sharing screens and calls
