Customer Service/Sales Representative

Full time Service/Sales Representative that is detail oriented and demonstrates good organizational skills.
Must have the ability to multi-task and have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong office support skills (strong Microsoft office suite). Excellent computer and documentation skills are a must.
Will be responsible to manage existing territory and call on our existing customer base at all levels and work as a liaison between the hospitals and VP of Ops.
Must be versatile in interacting with hospitals administrators as well as linen technicians. Must be self motivated, able to manage time, willing to communicate well with others. Candidate will have an opportunity to dramatically increase their income through sales effort!
Job Purpose: Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Duties:
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
