You'll get to:
- Be Responsible for control systems on new and existing production equipment.
- Support Project Manager on new production equipment purchases, which may include initial electrical specification through implementation on manufacturing floor.
- Responsible for managing electrical and control systems design, implementation, and integration.
- Work with designated managers to implement electrical projects that will meet product requirements and specifications for new product development and existing product lines.
- Responsible for electrical component selection.
- BS in Electrical Engineering
- 3- years of experience with electrical controls systems
- Basic PLC programming skills with Allen Bradley, GE or similar
- Familiarity and understanding ofDC, AC drives and motors.
- Programming skills with PanelMate's and Allen Bradley OITs.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment electrical concepts.
- Electrical design with AutoCad or similar.
- Knowledge with NFPA79, NFPA70E, NEC codes
- Knowledge of machine controls systems and robotics
- Electrical control panel troubleshooting skills. Fluke Meter, loop calibrator, voltage ranges 480VAC -120VAC & 24vdc
