Job Description

The Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a part of a team responsible for driving the full lifecycle of campus recruiting and will assist on other parts of the Early Career Program across the year. This individual will be take on responsibilities of recruitment, talent identification and talent management. They will be assigned a geographical region of targeted schools but will be expected to help out in other geographies as needed.

We’re looking for someone to join the Early Careers team who is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our candidates, interns, and Early Career population.

Responsibilities

  • Traveling and attending Career Fairs and other University events
  • Develop relationships with candidates and campus contacts
  • Managing University Events and calendar management
  • Engagement with Student Clubs and Organizations
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experiences through event planning, communications, and event execution
  • Assessment Process, Interviews& Offer Management
  • Managing all data accurately and in a timely manner in the Applicant Tracking Systems (Smart Recruiters)
  • In office management of logistics for the Summer Internship Program from June to August
  • In office community liaison for Early Career Hires within the company
  • Assisting with other parts of the Early Career Program as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A background in recruiting
  • Strong follow through and customer service orientation.
  • Must be able to review and analyze data; must be computer proficient.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone, video and in person
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Comfortable with change, able to switch gears with priorities
  • Able to engage & communicate with Gen Z
  • A team player, happy to support with tasks out of scope based on Early Careers teams needs as a whole

Ability to travel and be in person

  • Must be able to travel to campuses during the academic year, with high travel spikes during the Fall recruiting season and be able to work evenings and weekends on an as needed basis
  • This person will be required towork on site in the officeon a daily basis during the summer months of June-August
