Collaboratively work with business units to identify and define business challenges and assist in the development of workable solutions through IT to achieve business objectives
Provide training curriculum and agendas for software applications provided for our bar locations
Assist business and engineers in the development of clear and actionable IT project requirements
Work with operational team members to utilize IT tools effectively to facilitate efficient labor and inventory operations
Facilitate the inputting, collecting and reporting of information to and from operational applications
Work with business to adequately understand daily business process and dependent IT systems to effectively and continuously look for better ways to use existing technology
Manage all projects through project lifecycle including project identification, benefit analysis, project execution, testing, reporting, and organizational change management
Keep project and issues tracking documentation regularly updated to ensure that all stakeholders are up to date on existing projects and that the PMO methodology for tracking and managing projects is adhered to
Ability to quickly understand the operational application capability and understand the flow of information
Must have previous experience conducting training sessions in a classroom environment
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint
Good understanding of IT Change Management practices
Strong process documentation and project management skills
Excellent presentation skills; capable of performing demos to internal and external clients
Restaurant Operations experience required
Bachelor's degree and 10 years work experience, which includes a minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible work experience in project planning and leading large scope projects.Technology
Advanced Microsoft Office skills to include creating presentations, creating documents in Word to included advanced formatting, creating complex spreadsheets
Experience working with business partners to prioritize efforts and make tradeoff decisions.
Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by PMO, such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

Proven analysis, judgment, decision making, organizational, and planning skills working in an autonomous and proactive manner, and a desire to continuously learn new skills
Strong business knowledge and strength in bringing effective project management disciplines to business initiatives
Strong communicator and relationship builder within the organization, and ability to communicate and facilitate project milestones and activities across teams
Proven ability to meet deadlines and project milestones
Advanced Microsoft Office skills to include creating developing project plans, spreadsheet tracking tools and supportive presentations
