Associate Scientist Analytical Development

Piper Companies is currently looking for an experienced Associate Scientist, Analytical Development in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA) to work for an innovative and growing cell therapy company. The Associate Scientist, Analytical Development with have an integral part in the development, optimization, validation and transferring of analytical methods Responsibilities for the Associate Scientist, Analytical Development include: • Designing, validate, execute cell-based assays related to flow cytometry • Develop, qualify and perform molecular assays for evaluating copy number expression utilizing qPCR/ddPCR • Develop and author SOPS related to the maintenance, calibration, and operation of analytical equipment • Utilize • Interact extensively with internal and external partners to advance pipeline programs through key CMC milestones • Facilitate assay transfer to internal and external QC laboratories Qualifications for the Associate Scientist, Analytical Development include: • 4+ years of experince within analytical method or assay development • Experience within a GMP/FDA regulated environment preferred • Hands on experince with multi color Flow Cytometry, qPCR, ddPCR, and Cell based assays • MS or BS in relevant biological science field Compensation for the Associate Scientist, Analytical Development include: • Salary Range is $95,00 - $120,000 dependent upon experience. • Comprehensive benefits package Keywords Analytical Development, Method Development, Method Validation, Method Transfer, Cell Based Assay, Molecular Assay, Cell Therapy, Biologics, IPSC Adult Stem Cells, NK Cell, T Cell, Allogenic Cell Products, Flow Cytometry, Elisa, PCR, qPCR, ddPCR, GMP, GXP, FDA, SOP, QC Cytokine staining, Elispot
