Wanted an administrative assistant to work closely with the owner. This key person will interface with our customers, vendors, and internal team. We are a 15-year old family owned company involved in multiple aspects of the the automotive business. I am are searching for a career-oriented individual with top-notch people and organization skills to join my team. Prior office experience is desirable, but will train a person who will work hard, be extremely reliable showing up to work and is willing to learn.
My business is planning a substantial expansion in 2020. This an opportunity to join our team and grow along side of us professionally.
Skills which are desirable include:
General knowledge of Quick-books, Excel, Word, and Basic Accounting
Marketing skills using social media platforms such as Facebook, twitter, Instagram and marketing on Craiglist
Highly Organized
Works Independently - The ability to make good decisions with little to no direction is critical
Analyzing Data
Strong Communication Skills - verbally and written
Some Personal Assisting, Phone Calls, etc
Filing
Can learn software programs related to the automotive industry
Finance or banking skills
Work Well With Others
Driven
Developmental Work
Flexible Hours
Bilingual skills a plus
No prior felony convictions or drug use
This position will start as a part-time, but can quickly develop into a full-time position. Salary is commiserate with skills and prior experience.
