RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Salesforce Developer/Admin in Miami, FL (Florida).Summary:The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for and support the continuous efforts of enhancement, maintenance and widespread adoption. This role will be part of an Agile Delivery team supporting the clients business segment initiatives and reporting to an IT Squad Leader. Responsibilities: In this role, the Salesforce Developer/Administrator will develop benchmark items that affect the user Liase with Segment Product Owners Participates in Scrum Meetings Update business on new features and capabilities Participate in Discovery and CRM requirement workshops to insure business requirement expectation are met to help the business understand art of possible out of box capability , trade-off The Salesforce Developer/Administrator will summarize and communicate issues that affect quality and report them to stakeholders Provide technical assistance when required Manage tickets and cross department problem resolution Perform root cause analysis on issues Participate in Agile projects for the delivery or maintenance of features Provide internal support and training to team on the development and use of Salesforce The Salesforce Developer/Administrator will develop and produces reports in Salesforce Derive and refine client success metrics that measure the impacts of Salesforce user adoption and sales force effectivenessREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, or Engineering preferred Salesforce Administrator certification required Salesforce Sales and/or Service Console certification preferred 5 years of analyst, solution architect, or tech lead experience required 1-2 years of Salesforce configuration and deployment experience required Technology expertise in architecture, hands on design and programming and applying technology Experience in identifying, analyzing and documenting Business Requirements Technical experience in configuring Salesforce required Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) Possesses strong attention to detail and superior follow-up skills Ability to contribute new ideas and finds solutions to business challenges Utilizes strong analytical skill to devise solutions to complex problems Ability to communicate well with all stakeholders Ability to build the trust of the user community and the cooperation of development teamKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
