Our Seguin, TX location is seeking Procurement Specialist to join our team.Are you ready to shape tomorrow with us?THE POSITIONOverviewPlan, coordinate and manage the supply chain for a select group of parts needed to support manufacturing operationsCore RequirementsManage material shortage report – analyze issues, update shortage management data base, etc.Develop and maintain strong working relationships across the supply chainEffectively communicate across a wide variety of internal and external customers – crisp, clear, continuous communicationSystems – utilize and maintain systems (SAP, SupplyOn, Shortage DB, etc.)Expedite component deliveries as required, identify critical issues and escalate as requiredReview and maintain proper component inventory levels. Bachelor Degree

Knowledge of purchasing, supply chain or similar field of study

High degree of problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills (at multiple management levels within an organization)

Ability to make sound decisions under stressful conditions

Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

High degree of integrity and discretion

Strong computer skills – MS Suite,
