  • Intermediate knowledgeable and efficient in the current edition of RS Logix 5000 and Factory Talk view ME (RS View Studio).
  • Knowledgeable and efficient in VFD selection, setup, and installation.
  • Intermediate mechanical and electrical proficiency and troubleshooting skills.
  • Understands the functionality of Computer systems and network devices.
  • Understands the UL508A, NFPA 79 and can apply these standards to work being performed.
  • Understands advanced automation techniques.
  • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot processes and systems.
  • Knowledge and experience using AutoCAD.
  • Strong candidates will have additional experience with items such as InTouch, Ignition, Siemens PLC programming, and Rockwell PlantPAX.
  • Travel is approximately 5 - 10% over night travel throughout the year.
  • Typical work hours are between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday; However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
  • Ability to work overtime as occasions may dictate.
  • Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Automated Manufacturing, or 5 years of experience in a combination of education and experience in industrial controls.
  • This position may require employees to drive a company vehicle. If so, employees must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record that allows the company to insure such individual under the company's insurance policies. Employee must also carry auto liability insurance. Employee will be subject to the Company's policy concerning company vehicles.
