Job Number: R0113735 Technology Transitioning Engineer Program ManagerKey Role:Work as a key lead in transitioning IT product prototype to production deployment. Apply broad range of IT hardware and sof tware experience to provide innovative solutions to complex problems. Coordinate with internal and external functional teams regarding development and deployment activities. Communicate with leadership and manage key stakeholders' relationship. Work with considerable latitude and mentor or supervise team.Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience transitioning cybersecurity, AI, and edge IT emerging solutions from prototype to production, including Validation and Verification Systems Life Cycle Process
  • 5+ years of experience with functional teams, including analytics, designers, and engineers us hering projects through the full life cycle
  • Experience with leveraging te chn ology scouting, forecasting, and identifying emerging te chn ologies to support client missions
  • Experience with articulating the overall story derived from data and analysis and explaining complex analyses and themes to non-te chn ical and te chn ical audiences
  • Experience with client facing, project planning, and budget ing
  • Experience with vario us sof tware development, deployment methodology, and applications, including Agile, JIRA, or GIT
  • Ability to demonstrate and show a track record of solving large complex problems
  • Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with supporting United States Armed Forces' leadership preferred
  • Experience with Naval research preferred
  • Top Secret clearance
  • MA or MS degree
