Business Architect Opportunity in Portland, OR! The New Capabilities Business Architect will act as a bridge between business and technology to operationalize our Digital growth strategy and expand RPA to support the execution of business processes. This role will help bring clarity to business teams and product partners by connecting various moving and ever-changing initiatives across the business, product, and engineering teams. A successful candidate will help develop an RPA expansion roadmap to slot in at the right time across capabilities. This role will be closely aligned to the business teams to know what challenges they face and what is upcoming to prepare for and to understand how roadmap value drops across all 20+ capabilities will impact the current processes of the teams. Key Responsibilities: • Support the expansion of RPA to other product teams and capabilities. • Create business views and capability maps to translate how all roadmap releases and new capabilities will phase into everyday business operations, including RPA expansion. • Work with solution architects and product owners to map systems and services to capabilities for footprint analysis • Support teams in providing business architecture inputs and perspectives. • Partner closely with the RPA and Process Excellence teams to bring a common viewpoint of the many different tracks of work A successful candidate will: • Be able to operate at a strategic, conceptual, and executional level and can act as the bridge between various enterprise and business teams. • Develop a deep understanding of the business, business process, the product team's capabilities and roadmaps, and general business landscape. • Ability to abstract business flows and processes into higher-level value streams. • Have excellent Communication skills to work effectively across Global Operations, Product and Engineering, and Geo Partners. • Ability to operate at a strategic level as well as drill down deep into details.
