Job Description TITLE: Senior DevOps EngineerDUTIES: DFS Corporate Services LLC seeks Senior DevOps Engineer in Riverwoods, IL to be responsible for the delivery of automated software delivery practices focusing on full automation between the development and production environments. Collaborate with development, testing, architecture and infrastructure groups to ensure consistency across the enterprise. Partner with Scrum Teams to implement CI/CD pipelines. Work with infrastructure teams to implement fully automated environments. Implement standard automation patterns based on industry best practices. Provide day to day DevOps support to the Scrum and infrastructure teams. Maintain and monitor CI/CD pipelines. Promote a risk-aware culture to ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology or a related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: supporting software engineering or DevOps; utilizing Software Development Lifecycle principles, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, associated deployment methodologies, QA processes, and performance tuning; supporting implementation of Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) principles; utilizing GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, Rally, App Dynamics, Splunk, and Nexus; utilizing Gradle, Cucumber, and JMeter framework; programming in Java, Groovy, and Shell Scripting; designing and developing Web Applications, Single Page Applications, Web Services, Micro Services, and Distributed systems; utilizing programming languages, including Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Angular, React, HTML, CSS, REST, and SOAP; utilizing cloud development and deployment practices, including Docker, Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, VMs using containers and cloud platforms, Openshift, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF); and utilizing mutual authentication, load balancing, blue green deployment, and immutable configuration.QUALIFIED APPLICANTS: Please apply directly through our website by clicking on "Apply Now."
