Insurance Agent Position (salary + commissions + bonus, FT)

Compensation at plan: $62,000+

PLUS: group medical/dental/vision with subsidy (after 60 days) + 3% SIMPLE IRA match (after 1 yr).

Minimum compensation expectation should be $52,000 with ability to make $80k+

This position requires the ability to become NY-Insurance licensed. Sales/customer service experience preferred. Hands on training provided but candidates must have the necessary work-drive to learn and execute daily strategies.

Job Responsibilities

Meet minimum total sales goals per calendar month

Completing outbound calls and prospecting activities

Supporting customer service activities & processing policy change requests

Maintain client relationships with follow up calls & exceptional customer service

Adhere to agreed-upon work hours, dress code, work etiquette, etc.

Develop ongoing networking relationships (w/ Real Estate Agent, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, etc.)

Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program

Treat each customer interaction as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products
