Immediate opening for Local Residential Property Manager, great base pay with generous bonus entitlements paid monthly. Must have experience in Residential Property Management and have good communication and computer skills. Candidates that apply must have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. It is important that the candidate has the ability to work unsupervised and take on many responsibilities. Residential Property Manager is a full-time job with limited Saturday work and some responsibilities after 4pm. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and have a good positive working attitude.
Responsible Duties Listed Below:
Management of rent rolls and collecting rent from tenants and filing eviction notices
Attracting tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units
Preparing tenant leases, collect security deposits, handle move outs, and evictions
Picking up/dropping off materials and managing maintenance personnel
Emergency calls after hours
Submitting daily work orders to the accounting department for billing purposes
Overseeing the management of materials and labor personnel for maintenance
The position comes with a company vehicle and phone. Other benefits include paid holidays, vacation and 401k Plan.
