We are a furniture rental and staging company that services New York City. We are looking for an employee who can help update and manage our website and provide customer service support.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage online product catalog and keep website current. (shopify is the platform)
- Record new orders and schedule deliveries.
- Correspond with customers on the phone and through email.
- Coordinate deliveries with customers.
- Obtain certificate of insurance for deliveries.
- Schedule pick up of furniture.
Ideal candidate has significant experience with shopify and/or web maintenance/development, customer service experience, is organized, self motivated, friendly, and comfortable in several different roles.
