Experienced Construction Worker

Executive Properties & Maintenance is looking to hire a reliable construction worker to join our team. Must have ambition, self-motivation, and able to work independently. Minimum 5 years of experience.

Duties to include framing, sheet rocking, window and door installation, trim work, concrete, and siding. Preferred experience in tiling, tape and texture, painting, roofing, snow removal, and mechanics.

Must have good people skills and leadership capabilities. Driver's license required.

Pay is $18-20/hour depending on experience, plus bonuses, cell phone/gas allowances, and possible work truck
