Legal Human Resources (HR) Assistant

DescriptionRobert Half Legal is seeking a Legal HR Assistant to assist on a temporary project! This position is located in Downtown DC. If you are looking to gain experience within the legal field, this is the project for you!What you get to do everyday:

Update the office calendar and keep track of appointments

Schedule meetings

Set up and break down conference rooms for meeting

Assist with ordering catering

Enter visitors into the firm's database

Answer phones

File documents within the internal database

Process expense reports

Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

High School Degree or Equivalent

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Strong attention to detail

Ability to juggle multiple projects at once

Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Prior experience working within a Law Firm is a plus!
