Job Title: Software Engineer - Sr Software Engineer 1 Duration: 12 Months Location: Tulsa, OK, 74136 (HYBRID) Full stack developer. NOT a front end developer. Works on the airline agent hardware - check in counter. Connects to hosts to look up/change anything that may need to be changed on the online host application. Need some database technology. Position will require direct devise interactions that require them to be onsite 3-4 days a week. Top 3 skills: -Java script - ReactJS - NodeJS Job Description We are currently in need of a software developer that has experience with developing solutions based in the cloud. This will require the candidate to be experienced in large system environments, software requirements analysis, development, integration, and support. The most important experience would be in building highly scalable core infrastructures within the hosting facility and deliver support for that infrastructure. The candidate should be familiar with one or more PaaS solutions, such as AWS, VMware, Azure, or equivalent. They should be aware of the pitfalls of those deployment scenarios and ensure the infrastructure can work around/within those constraints. Due to our legacy application needs, a mixture of the above deployment models will most likely be used. A successful candidate should have demonstrable capabilities in the following areas: Cloud Related Qualifications: Experience in application development and integration within one or more cloud platform services such as (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud.) Experience in application development and integration within one or more IaaS/PaaS (vMware / Redhat Openshift / OpenStack) Experience in continuous integration skills for real-time testing and diagnostics within a cloud environment Development Responsibilities: Developing front end website architecture. Designing user interactions on web pages. Developing back-end website applications. Creating servers and databases for functionality. Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones. Ensuring responsiveness of applications. Working alongside graphic designers for web design features. Designing and developing Restful APIs. Meeting both technical and consumer needs. Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
