Job Description

As a valued colleague on our Management Level Governance (MLG) Policy Center of Excellence team, you will contribute to the change management of organizational policies and guidelines, and work with your team on overseeing the organization's activities. In this role, you will monitor and document changes in internal policies, collaborate in developing and adjusting governance policies (to align with changing needs and external requirements), and monitor and report on activities that require compliance with policies and regulations. You will participate in meetings with management- level business partners across the Enterprise to support the documentation of compliance monitoring and implementation plans in partnership with business units to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory or executive requirements.

The Governance Oversight - Corporate Governance - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Report on information to monitor and execute the change management of internal policies.
  • Support the team’s processes to develop, review and edit draft policies and guidelines to align with changes in internal or external needs.
  • Monitor and report on the organization's activities to ensure that they are complying with policies and guidelines.
  • Investigate actions or events that do not comply with the organization's policies and guidelines.
  • Resolve compliance issues and report the result.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experience

  • 2 years of related experience
  • Risk management practice experience; prior experience in Audit, Compliance or Enterprise Risk Management
  • Prior experience managing projects and deadlines

Desired Experience

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Experience managing and engaging stakeholders, building relationship networks and working with individuals having different functional expertise is strongly preferred
  • Experience in policy governance administration
  • Experience with MetricStream or similar eGRC tool
