MARK IV Enterprises is a leading residential and commercial real estate developer in the greater upstate NY area. We have provided residential and commercial property solutions for the residential consumer for over 50 years.

We are currently searching for high-energy, enthusiastic, professional Part Time (30 hours) Leasing Assistant to provide management support in all aspects of residential rental property, including: marketing, sales, accounting, maintenance, and housekeeping in our newest property. This position includes weekends.

Location: 625 S. Goodman Street, Rochester

Responsibilities:

· Ensure property’s positive image in the eye of the public

· Apartment leasing

· Conduct tours, run credit checks, explain lease terms.

· Obtain and file signed lease documents.

· Ensure timely collections; secure early renewals.

· Provide responsive customer service to residents.

· Staff rental office during scheduled hours

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· 2-5 years residential property management experience

· Excellent sales and customer service skills

· Professional demeanor and behavior; positive attitude

· Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills

· Ideal candidate will be a disciplined self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to follow up with multiple projects through completion.

· General understanding of accounting/bookkeeping principles

· Microsoft Office proficiency

· Must be willing to work weekends and some evenings
