Licensed Esthetician (NW Fort Wayne)

This is a W2 wage position. That means you are an employee of the company and not an independent contractor. Benefits are available like insurance and 401K at your cost. There will never be time that you are not compensated for when you work for me.

Professional Objectives: Has 3-5 years experience with facial analysis & treatment protocol guaranteeing the guests the ultimate treatment experience. Estheticians must portray a professional self image and master treatment/product technical knowledge and skills. Estheticians are expected to invest in their career and self education to assure growth.

Position Responsibilities:

NO-fully body massages, services are 60% corrective facials and 40% waxing.

Ability to perform all facials offered

Discovers guest needs through consultation and make appropriate treatment and home care recommendations

Presents warm, gracious and professional persona toward guests and co workers

adheres to a high professional image standard such as dress, appearance, language and lifestyle, including social media profiles

Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness and visual presentation

Actively assists in building their clientele

Recommends home care plans that benefit their clients

Participates in team meetings

Assists in spa laundry and spa cleaning

maintains treatment suite inventory and other organizational tasks

Completes a daily task list of cleaning & safety requirements, restocking daily

Adheres to a client friendly work schedule

A team player and helps out when needed

maintains a positive, open and friendly attitude

Sets goals and targets and achieves them

Understands our guest priorities and portrays a professional work ethic and image

Able to multi task and improvise at the spur of the moment

Good sense of humor
