Experienced Family Law attorney need ASAP (Tucson)

Established Multi-practice law firm, seeking FULL-TIME attorney in Pima and surrounding counties. You will be assigned entire cases with the help of the firm or expected to cover certain cases if needed. Cases will be Family Law cases dealing with divorce, Custody, Visitation, and child support. Must have solid experience working on family law cases with the ability to handle a family law case from start all the way through trial if necessary. VERY DESIRABLE position and will fill quickly. Paid vacation/time off.

You will be expected to:

-Effectively communicate with Firm partner

- Travel is necessary (Pima, Pina, Maricopa Counties)

-Handle court appearances in Maricopa/Pima/Pinal Counties

-Handle case for entire life cycle (ERC, RMC, Status conferences, return hearings, Evidentiary hearings, Trial)

-Motion/pleading drafting (paralegal provided after 60 days)

-Client management (client meetings and updates)

-Discovery review and case strategy

-Client Visits
