E-Commerce Shipping / Customer Service Representative

We are a young, fast-growing travel / outdoor clothing company looking to expand our team. The position will require prior experience in eCommerce fulfillment, customer service, sales, and/or office administration.

Candidate must be a well-spoken, self-motivated, efficient, organized individual who is at ease communicating with clients by phone, email, and in person. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a working knowledge of the travel / outdoor industry.

Your tasks will include processing e-commerce orders, pick & pack, fielding product questions from customers via email and phone, maintaining a high level of service, and assisting the manager in operational duties.

Please only apply if you can type 40+ words per minute and are able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Experience with Shipstation and general knowledge of shipping couriers is a plus.
