Follows methods and sequence of operations in assembling cables, soldering, bonding, limited testing and manufacturing of transducers. Ability to follow procedures and drawings.Job DutiesIn a typical day, you will:

Acquire all established health and safety rules.

Acquire job skills, and learn company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks and adherence to production plan schedule while producing high quality products to standards.

Adhere to policy and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Work on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making.

Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Work under close supervision.

Act as champion of the company’s Lean and Continuous Improvement programs.

Time and attendance are in accordance with company policies, procedures and work area schedule.

Complete work orders on schedule to ensure a constant flow of product and to maintain efficiencies.

Hand soldering products.

Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, work orders, procedures and follows verbal directions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job RequirementsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED required.

0-1 year of related experience.

Experience with hand soldering and using a microscope is a plus.

Good manual dexterity.

Strong attention to detail.

Computer skills and literacy a plus.

Must be a highly organized, self-managed individual who works independently with minimum supervision and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Able to embrace change.

Ability to work overtime as needed.

Ability to sit and work under a microscope for extended amount of time.
