Job DetailsSUMMARY The RPA Development Lead will design and develop automated solutions to support the application architecture including MSFT Dynamics AX, .Net, Java, Neudesic Neuron, Web, and CRM and other enterprise applications. In addition to a strong development background including RPA development experience, this role requires a deep understanding of application architecture and design patterns. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform as a member on IT Business Enablement team to address automating IT business, sales, and marketing processes including system integration, compatibility, and multiple platform integrations. Design and develop assigned automation tasks, utilizing tools such as UIPath Orchestrator for Robotic Process Automation that support business requirements and testing Point of contact for development team for intra-team and cross team collaboration Responsible to ensure development tasks are on schedule and developers have the information and support they need (clear hurdles as necessary or escalate to management for support) Responsible for code quality, code management, developer documentation and in creating, implementing, maintaining standards and best practices Ensure development team is executing appropriate testing for the effort at hand. Includes new code, regression, edge cases, exception, and performance testing Support, guide and mentor developers in effective problem-solving approaches and identify simple and effective solutions Support the Solution Lead / Technical Lead in: designing and developing extensible and scalable technical architecture for RPA projects application design recommendations that align with long and short-term IT and business strategies performing as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent of all IT automations platforms within the enterprise representing Development team in Governance forums and champion adoption of standards
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
  • Extensive experience in RPA and UiPath development Experience on UiPath studio with solid understanding of concepts like debugging a work flow, managing the packages, creating variables, arguments, control flows Experience with UiPath Orchestrator for deployment, monitoring, and management of UiPath Robots automation Experience working in an Onsite/Offshore model Experience and background in programming languages such as .Net , Java, JS, C/C. Proven understanding of RPA in relation to Waterfall or Agile/Scrum methodologies for requirement analysis, definition, prototyping, proof of concept, designing, coding, testing and implementation. Solid understanding of concepts like debugging a workflow, managing the packages, creating variables, arguments, control flows.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Four (4) year degree in Computer Science or related field of study. 5+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath development and 3+ years in Development Lead role. 10+ years of experience in designing & developing software solutions in a large enterprise setting. Preferred Master's degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
