Order fulfillment

Part-time job filling orders for customers and re-stocking incoming shipments. Involves lifting mostly light items but can be 42# occasionally. Need to be detail and number oriented. Orders are stocked and pulled by quantity and item numbers. Work environment is casual, non-stressful and friendly atmosphere but there is a need for working quickly and accurately as possible. Items are breakable but you are not penalized for accidental breakage. After working for a short time, job will involve occasionally answering telephone, work on computer point-of-sale program and boxing orders to ship by FedEx and UPS.

Days needed are Mondays and Tuesdays from about 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Helpful if available to be on call Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; no weekend work. Usually know in advance if you will be called those days. Busiest times are March, April, June, July, August, October, November & December. The business is a located in a warehouse and we are a wholesale ceramics supply selling to retail paint-your-own pottery and craft businesses. We do no painting or decorating ceramics. No smoking or drugs allowed in the business.
