IT Business Analyst and Trainer

This position can also work out of Carlstadt, NJ or NYC(Midtown) It is hybrid-3-4 days on site and remainder remote.Strong knowledge of the apparel or wholesale industry systems and procedures. Will be responsible for ensuring that functional documentation is prepared and delivered for all clients IT supported applications and systems. Meet with the IT and Business SME's as well as application vendors to gather all functional and procedural details related to a supported application-using the gathered functional and procedural details, prepare the documentation in standard templates that will be levereged for end-user training as well as internal references.You will be liasion with the business community and will define and implement a standard end-user training programs that will encompass new hires, cross functional and new implementations. Support and prepare alltraining and testing documentation as related to project work assigned. Support, prepare and document RFP and RFI documents and oversee execution of systems demos and selection process . Must have 5 yrs plus exp in working within a Training and Business Support role.(apparel or wholesale inductry) MUST have knowledge of capturing and documenting functional and process Requirements, specifications for change requests, test scripts and appl;ication/systems documentation. Should be comfortable with hands-on instructor led role to a business or IT group.
