Also known as non-fungible tokens, NFT's are a unit of data stored in blockchain technology and they are changing our world by how we communicate and transmit information. This startup is building a data aggregator platform creating insights focused on NFTs (think Bloomberg Terminal). Founded by a billion-dollar Web3 serial entrepreneur and incubated by a 10B VC firm backed by several FAANG CEOs, this opportunity will provide you with a rare opportunity to help build a crucial new part of the NFT and Web3 ecosystem. As a UI / UX Developer, you will collaborate with the company's CTO, CEO, and an experienced technical team of other senior engineers, distributed systems computing experts and security experts, who are all committed to building world changing decentralized infrastructure. You'll have the opportunity to learn and master the latest research concerning distributed systems, cryptography, blockchains, game theory, consensus algorithms, and decentralized applications.You will be given a high level of autonomy/ownership over your projects, the opportunity to expand your scope of knowledge, and the chance to help build the decentralized infrastructure of the future.

Job DetailsYou will be given a high level of autonomy/ownership over your projects, the opportunity to expand your scope of knowledge, and the chance to help build the decentralized infrastructure of the future.Key Responsibilities:
  • Primarily using React and focusing on the UIs of the company's various products
  • Implementing initial prototypes and proofs of concept, and taking them all the way to production code interfacing with users
  • Improving the existing interfaces with our blockchain products.
  • Maintaining a robust suite of tests to ensure that the UI functionality of our products is of the highest quality.
Candidates must have the technical and strategic acumen to understand:
  • Extended Web3 and Web2 Knowledge
  • Custodial Wallet Solutions
  • Working with technical teams to integrate API request flows
  • Knowledge of platform specific APIs for biometrics, web-APIs, forms and other front-end interfaces.
  • Widespread development knowledge
  • Experience with front-end JavaScript and React, React-Native or mobile frameworks and other various frontend technologies is a plus.
  • Experience using Figma and/or other design software.
  • Version control experience with Git/GitHub and branching methodologies, code review tools, CI tools, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Great with unit and functional testing and debugging.
  • Preferred Crypto and FinTech Awareness: Understanding and experience working in the financial industry, Familiarity with any of the following: payments, digital wallets, clearing and settlement, privacy, security etc. Understanding and strong interest in cryptocurrencies and the blockchain industry.
  • Comfort in ambiguous unstructured environments: Building something new comes with significant ambiguity, and we want people that can thrive in that ambiguity. The environment is highly dynamic, and there are no precedents.
Requirements
  • Received a bachelor's degree in CS, EE, or a related technical field, and proven excellence in previous roles.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience designing user experiences and mockups using Figma or other design software.
  • Familiarity with React, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Dart, Kotlin, Swift, and WebAssembly is a plus.
  • Experience with Web or Mobile Frameworks such as Svelte, Flutter, and React is a plus.
  • Experience with test-driven development and the use of testing frameworks
  • Knowledge of systems design concepts
  • Strong communication skills, specifically giving/receiving constructive feedback in a collaborative setting
