TITLE: Front End Software Engineer - mid-level Location: Chicago, ILWe have a client who is looking for a Front-End Software Engineer to join one of their SaaS product teams. This squad supports an Accounting software specific to the environment health industry. This software helps companies track Air, Water, and Waste emissions to achieve their Environmental, Social, and Governance goals. Come work on a team that utilizes the latest technologies (React front-end, built on top of Azure microservices) to deliver great new features to a quickly growing SaaS product. Responsibilities

  • Scrum/Agile based development of a SaaS Application
  • Technical Design/Build/Unit Testing of new features
  • Analysis and Refactoring of existing source code
  • Analyze requirements, suggest concepts, and assess development efforts
Required Skills
  • 1+ year of experience using React
  • Knowledge of current trends in software development
Skills Considered a Plus
  • Experience building applications on Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with containerization
  • Experience optimizing applications for performance
  • SaaS Product Development experience
  • Scrum/Agile experience
