Find your future with us.Boeing's Law and Global Compliance | Ethics organization is seeking a Senior Ethics and Compliance Advisor to support the Ethics Operations Conflict of Interest, Business Courtesies, and Monitoring Team in Renton, WA; Arlington, VA; Auburn, WA; Charleston, SC; Everett, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Meza, AZ; Ridley Park, PA; San Antonio, TX; Seal Beach, CA or Seattle, WA.This role will be primarily responsible for conducting conflict of interest determinations, with additional responsibilities to include evaluating business courtesy inquiries, and other case management and compliance related activities.Position Responsibilities:
- Reviews incoming conflict of interest disclosures, business courtesy inquiries, and enterprise allegations, providing proper guidance
- Partners with leadership and internal stakeholders to identify issues arising within the enterprise and provides advice/assistance on ethical policies
- Drives individual responsibility and accountability for ethical and compliant decision making through the use and promotion of ethics and compliance tools and resources
- Participates in improving operations and mitigating risks through compliance initiatives and special projects
- Mitigates ethical and compliance risks through case management and monitoring
- Supports training on Conflicts of Interest and Business Courtesies for Ethics and the enterprise, as appropriate
- Assumes additional responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in an ethics, law or compliance related role
- 5+ years of experience in cross functional leadership, collaborative problem solving and building lasting relationships and proficiency in written and verbal communication
- 5+ years of experience working with sensitive information and safeguarding confidential information
- Master's degree or Juris Doctorate
- 3+ years of prior experience conducting conflict of interest determinations
- 3+ years of prior experience analyzing business courtesies
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
