DescriptionSAIC is currently hiring a Sr Systems Engineer (DCGS-A/GEOINT)
at Ft Belvoir, VA to support INSCOM.Job Duties:
Support the modernization and integration of DistributedCommon Ground System-Army (DCGS-A) and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) missionapplications and infrustructure components fielded to the US Army Intelligenceand Security Command (INSCOM) Units stationed worldwide.
Maintain responsibility for assesement and estimation ofdevelopment, test, and deployment of products and systems in the DCGS-A familyof systems.
Work closely with the customer, and senior leadershipwithin programs and other systems engineering and development to understandcustomer requirements and develop solutions from concept to delivery (Fieldeddeployment).
Comprehend customer objectives, CONOPS, and requirementsand translate those requirements into executable development plans.
Responsible for overseeing systems implementation andensuring customer requirements are met in a technical project managementrole.

Must be able to travel up to 25%
QualificationsRequired Education and Experience:
HS/GED and 13 years of related experience or a Bachelorsand 9 years of Experience; or Masters and 7 years of experience; or PhD or JDand 4 years of experience.
Active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability toobtain a Poly (Clearance must be listed and active in JPAS).
Previous experience with DCGS-A program
Previous experience with GEOINT
Experience with working with the Intelligence Community
Experience with one or more of teh following: systemdevelopment, software development, hardware development or missionsupport
Experience with evaluating engineering proposals and ROMs
Knowledge of some or all of the following: dataarchitecture, data dissemination, and information security planning
Experience in intelligence and imagery analysis
Ability to work at the conceptual level and with programleads, customers and internal teams to ensure successful system development,integration, and deployment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesefficiently and effectively.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Possession of excellent interpersonal, presentation, andcollaboration skills for working with senior leadership and externalcustomers.
Must be able to travel up to 25%
