Description Temp Requirements for Women Leaders Conference 2 people in total needed.1 person who can run presentations and troubleshoot projector etc. doesn't have to be an expert but tech savvy. 1 person who has customer service skillEach of the temps must be professional, well presented, sharp communication skills and the ability to greet and deal with attendees in a quick manner. Super organized and understand the importance of being friendly and welcoming as attendees arrive for the event. Any past event organization skills are a plus. They should understand registration time, before opening of events are critical to the flow and success of the day, they must show up with a "can-do" attitude, think on their feet, and treat the experience as if it is their own event.Be on-site at 8:00 am sharp. On arrival they are to make their way to the event meeting space.The customer service Temp may leave after lunch. The temp helping in the event room may leave at 3:30 pm.1 temp will put out name badges, in alphabetical order. They must be aware of the venue, i.e. where bathrooms are located and general information about the day. They can find this out by asking hotel staff on arrival.The other temp will be in charge of making sure the laptop, presentations and all is working in the event room. This one is of course the one with a tech background.They will be given lunch and have access to beverages all day. In addition, your parking will be validated for the day by the on-site rep. Requirements - 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferredStrong customer service and office administrative skills

Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills

Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Proven computer skills

A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

Front Desk Duties experience

Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
