HOST/ HOSTESS (Atlanta)

Description

Answer the phone and process to go orders.

Make daily calls to customers to confirm their upcoming reservations

Greet all customers as they enter the restaurant

Seat customers according to the established plan that ensures all waitstaff gets filled tables

Keep front desk and waiting area clean

Ensure takeout menus, mints and cards remain stocked

Qualifications for Host/Hostess

2 years of restaurant experience, preferred

Pay attention to detail in order to track guest reservations

Excellent customer service skills

Friendly and outgoing personality

Experience with electronic reservation system

Follow appropriate food safety guidelines

Able to work a variety of shifts

Able to stand for long periods of time
