Maintaining various schedules

Reviewing paperwork from other departments

Communicating with other dealerships staff

Stocking in new vehicle inventory

Cancelling customers product contracts

Filing

Answering switch board when needed

Job skills:

Strong Math skills

Excellent attention to detail

Knowledge of Excel and Outlook

Willingness to work in a team environment

Ability to multi-task

Previous automotive experience and accounting courses helpful, but not necessary.

Monday-Friday 8-5.
