Compensation Starts at $17 hr and raise after 90 days

Qualification:
1) Has the skill set to measure and cut precisely. 1/32" of an inch tolerance.
2) Ability to read plans and working sketches.
3) Precise assembly of components-whether you are working with aluminum or steel, or wood.
4) Extreme focus at work. If you need to be on your phone, or need to smoke this position would not be a good fit.
5) Shows ability to build or assemble correctly the first time, by following direction and plans.
6) Ability to visualize in 3D.
7) Cross sections comprehension. Show the ability to sketch what the cross section would like at any point.
8) Fabricator first, welder second. Some guys are great welders but can not fabricate.
9) Show great skills at building square, plumb. and flat.
10) English is a MUST for safety

Note: We provide all necessary tools for Welding.
Must have own Welding Helmet, Gloves, grinder, square and Tape measure for weld test.
Job requires you to have your OWN transportation.
