RECEPTIONIST WANTED (santa cruz)

LOCAL DISPENSARY HIRING RECEPTIONIST. WEEKENDS FOR NOW BUT WILL BE EXPANDING AND OFFERING MORE HOURS AND GROWTH IN THE COMPANY

We are now interviewing to fill PART-time positions for reception services at Herbalcruz Please do not call the store for the position. Please send email with resume and qualifications. We will be contacting qualified candidates for an interview.

Data Entry: Be able to navigate and enter patient data into COVA POS system. Carefully pay attention to detail and speak intentionally to patients in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

Communication: Communicate with all departments easily using company procedure. Must work as a team with everyone and be able to ensure flow and transparency throughout the company. Follow the chain of command set in place when question or issues evolve.

Organization: Complete all paperwork successfully and efficiently. Handle requests in an organized manner.

Product Knowledge: Know what our store carries and be familiar with medicinal cannabis products, weights, measurements, edibles, basic strain knowledge and THC vs CBD.

Qualifications and Background: Computer skills and competence with: Word, Excel, email, Google, etc.

Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and people skills - can represent the company with professionalism and confidence. A bright and positive, can-do, solutions oriented attitude - especially under pressure; stays upbeat, creative, and goal focused despite setbacks.

Professionalism: Attention to detail, punctual, follow through, self-motivating and managing, organized, focused, completion oriented - excellence oriented. Ability to work independently AND in a team setting.

Time management skills: Willing to do whatever is needed, no job beneath you. Sometimes taking initiative to figure out what's needed and sometimes taking directives on simple tasks. Flexible schedule, including weekends. Must be local and have reliable transportation Trustworthiness, loyalty, honesty, and integrity are core values

Ideal: Experience with COVA POS, Cannabis Knowledge, Customer Service Experience, Can work in a Fast-Paced, High Volume Environment, Ability to Multi Task, and Works Well Under Pressure. Attention to Detail. Must be 21 years or older to work here.
