We are a growing local company looking for the right person for a new position to help with our growth. The position will be a combo of office clerical work and project dispatching as a backup to the dispatcher. Please reply via Craigslist e-mail with questions and to apply.
ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Scan, copy, and data input for various records/logs.
Process various customer forms as needed by various customers/jobs.
Answer phone calls and relay to appropriate personnel
Coordinate and communicate with project managers, supervisors, field crews, and customers.
Prepare project documents and daily job binders for field crew.
Schedule/coordinate field crew and project manager travel arrangements to the neighbor islands (and occasionally the mainland US).
Review and validate daily crew time sheets.
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
DISPATCHING RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor personnel or equipment locations and utilization to ensure project required resources are met.
Assign personnel, vehicle, and equipment to jobs as specified by project managers.
Adjust and change resource assignments as requested by project managers.
Minimum Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good oral and written communication
Able to multi-task
Be available for after-hours communication.
Preferred
College Degree or Equivalent. We will train for dispatching related responsibilities, but prior dispatching experience preferred.
