The individualwill oversee production equipment to meet daily production goals while ensuring safety and the use of standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Regularly use lean tools, such as daily management and Kaizen (5S, Standard Work, Kanban, etc.).

Maintain high quality standards and compliance throughout the areas while practicing GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Keep track of production scrap, output, lead times and productivity for the line.

Lead and update Daily Management Board.

Responsible for the 5S of the line, equipment availability and uptime.

Ability to learn quickly and perform in a fast paced environment with stronganalytical skills.

Must have high ethical standards with attention to detailreputational and compliance risks.

Must be a team player with flexibility to assistwhere needed.

Ability to prioritize tasks in real time and exercise judgment in high-paced, high-stakes environment.

Have clear and organized communications skills both written and verbal.

Strongleadership to successfully oversee and manage project teams for multiple tasks.

Be adaptable to work outside of your defined role with otherleads to solve problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or equivalent formal education/training in a related field or certification.

2 or more years of experience withina manufacturing environment.

Basic MS Office skills. Particularly Excel and Word.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in operating trimming/grinding manual machines; CNC is a plus.

Previous experience with fabricating acrylic orthodontic appliances or a combination of experience in other orthodontic appliance product lines.

Able to read prescriptions or specifications, and examine models and impressions,to determine the design of dental products to be constructed.

Have a good knowledge of dental terminology or a related field.

Able to produce appliances (acrylic orthodontic aligners) to Rx/Work Instruction requirements.

Previous 3D printing or automation experience is a plus.

Previous experience within a warehouse environment; shipping or packaging preferred.
