Administrative Assistant (Boise)

Our appliance repair company is looking for a well-organized and highly efficient employee who can communicate, schedule, and provide excellent customer service. This person must have experience with computer systems (Microsoft Office, Rossware, etc.) and be willing to communicate with technicians/customers in a constructive and respectful manner. Person must also have experience in dealing with high volume inventory and ordering of various parts for appliance repair. They also must have excellent customer service skills and be helpful in giving and receiving customer/technician feedback. Experience in the appliance repair field and or customer service in the appliance repair field is not required but will help in transitioning for this position.
