• Must have experience with Migrating homegrown applications to Azure Cloud
• Kubectl commands (intermediate to expert)
• Azure Cloud solutions (IaaS and PaaS) - Architect and DevOps certified with working experience (3+ years)
• Azure DevOps - manage project/org security, handle artifacts, integrating with other Azure Services (Key Vault, Azure Compute Gallery, Private Azure Container Registry), service connections, design and build Build/Release Pipelines (incorporating tasks e.g. Maven and npm), DevOps CI/CD, deploy to AKS/containers, Building/modifying
• manifests to include AKS/Microsoft standards, patching and maintaining image vulnerabilities in private azure container registry, understanding of AAD, create and manage managed identities, building and deploying applications
• Private AKS operations - Capable of managing platform with little to no oversight (patching and maintenance of platform and nodes), troubleshooting network issues, deep understanding of networking
• Private AKS Architecture and how pods are operating within the architecture (nginx, app gateway, ingress and egress traffic, resource utilization, node selectors, etc.), implementing network policies for external facing apps
