- As a Senior Consultant - Data Modernization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering the solutions to modernize and optimize enterprise data platform for Kyndryl's clients to extract maximum value from data.
- You will be responsible to understand and translate customer requirements into solutions that align with Kyndryl's existing offerings and understand any deviations. Those deviations, if any, need to be solved based on standard design principles.
- Support meetings with account teams, vendors, and customers to ensure proper communication and expectations including articulation of technology, process, and architectures to stakeholders.
- Analyze technical requirements, plan and execute design and implementation work, while accounting for time, cost and quality targets.
- Accountable for successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplined work-streams that deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.
- Develop a point of view, capture, prioritize and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
- Participate in the effort to expand service offerings. Educate, mentor and coach teams in applying consulting techniques.
- Have personal skills, objectives and learning plans to attain utilization KPIs.
- Possess strong leadership skills and further the evolution of intellectual capital assets and developing practice resources.
