Role will be managing the day-to-day for the 25 team members. Will need to understand sprint objectives. This is not an operation project manager; this is a technical project manager. They need to have experience in the life cycle. Need to have experience with enterprise reporting tools (e.g Jira, ADO). Candidate will need to be onsite in SLC when the campus opens in July. Right now, the candidate will be remote. Once the group is back onsite, thecandidate will need to be onsite at least 3 days a week. Key areas of responsibility will involve managing a team of 20+ automation engineers, serving as scrum master, and the ability to look for constant process improvement is critical for the role.Manage day-to-day project activitiesResponsible for tracking and reporting project data and modeling metrics through a variety of sources and toolsManage project-level issues and risks, documenting impact and mitigation plan, providing direction/guidance as neededEnsure project goals and priorities are communicated and understood by team members, and ensure deliveryCollaboration and coordination of distributed teamsCollaborate with business stakeholders to build and maintain backlog of automation deliverablesEnsure that all automation deliverables are aligned with overall quality automation strategy and critical business initiativesPerform the duties of a scrum masterEvangelize the importance of quality and automation We want a highly-motivated individual and self-starter who has:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field 3-5 years of recent project management experience in medium to large technology enterprisesExperience in quality assurance (manual or automated) and software developmentStrong Knowledge of enterprise project management, including methodologies (Agile, Waterfall,Iterative), processes, tools (MS Office, Visio, Project, Excel), scope management, risk assessment, project financials, and resource managementFamiliar with SaaS and technology service delivery from conception to productionExperience as a business or functional analyst - this is not a task manager role, you will roll up your sleeves and work with the team(s)Proven success working directly with distributed tech teams to deliver superior technology services or products in complex environmentsStrong relationship management skills paying specific attention to building trust with customers, vendors, and internal team membersExperience in banking, financial services preferredExperience in project forecasting, planning and operational risk mitigationDemonstrated excellence in leadership, communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving Certified Scrum Master and or PMP preferred
