Ideal candidate would have experience in Apartment Maintenance, good mechanical aptitude, plumbing, some HVAC not required, painting, drywall, installing appliances and other duties as required.

EPA Certified Candidates always needed.

-Painter-inside/outside painter

Would require basic hand tools and transportation.

M-F 8:00am-5:00pm with OT as needed

Pay depends on experience and certification $11.00-$17.00 Depending on position and company.
